The location was very convenient to the water bus stops. It made travel to the airport simple. My bathroom was very clean. Towels were replaced frequently.
My room felt quite small for three people. I could not turn on the air conditioning, the staff told me it was November. This made my room humid and warm. The bars and restaurants nearby made it noisy late into the night.

the location is amazing! it's super close to the water bus stops and ferries. the staff was very friendly and helpful too, i really appreciated their assistance. my room was cleaned daily, so i always came back to a tidy space.
the room was a tiny bit smaller than i expected based on the photos, though it was still manageable.

the location offered easy access to local attractions. i found several restaurants very close to the accommodations. transportation options were also readily available. i enjoyed how central it felt to everything i needed.
the room felt much too small. i barely had enough space to move around. the bathroom was very tiny, and i had difficulty fitting comfortably in the shower. i could also hear the person next to my room using the bathroom.

A Nice Stay Near St Mark's Square
excellent locationhelpful servicetasty breakfast
The location is excellent with proximity to boat stations, offering easy access. Doge Palace and St Mark's Square are within a short walk (I enjoyed this walk every morning!). Front desk service was helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and tours.
The air conditioning in the room was not working, and the rooms were very hot. Cold air was definitely needed (especially during the day).

I found the staff very helpful when I arrived. They assisted with my luggage to the upper floor room. The hotel's proximity to major attractions was notable. Its easy access to vaporetto stops was a great convenience for exploring.
Carrying luggage to higher floors was slightly inconvenient.

Good location, some drawbacks

The location was excellent. I could easily reach boat stations. The front desk service was very helpful. He gave me useful restaurant suggestions and touring options (i appreciated that!). The breakfast had a basic spread, but it was quite nice.
The room was not as expected. The shower area was so small that a normal person would not be able to have a good shower. The housekeeping staff were rude, they did not clean the room at all.
